An interesting 12-string mandolin, built by William W. Wing.  A paper label inside reads:

The instrument has a Spruce top, Rosewood back and sides, and a Maple neck.

William Wing is listed in the Cleveland city directories, with various music and musical instrument related occupations.  No other research has been performed.
